VisaCentral uses secure and traceable delivery services for all document deliveries.
We provide customers the online tracking number, to give VisaCentral's clients extra peace of mind when delivering important documents.
Out of Hours Service
VisaCentral provides an after-hours emergency service outside of normal operating hours of 9.00 am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday for customers who have a current visa application lodged with a diplomatic mission. The after-hours support team is available to assist our customers in case an urgent need arises. All support issues which do not fit into this categorisation can be logged through VisaCentral Self Service on our website and will be dealt with on the next business day by one of our team.
Same Day Submittals
Travelling last minute and need a visa right away? VisaCentral can process travel visas in as little as a day. Applications received in our office by 8 a.m. are submitted to the appropriate embassy or consulate the same day that we receive them. Work is never placed on hold or delayed regardless of the deadline.
